ALAM NYO BA…na kung minsan feeling mo super busy ka at halos wala ng oras para sa pamilya o sa mga kaibigan. What is important, kahit busy kayo, try to find time para sa pamilya o mga kaibigan. Kahit email or isang tawag…di kaya’y thru Skype, Viber or Line…kahit anong pamamaraan. Ang importante is you keep in touch para alam nila that you have not forgotten, or for them to know na buhay ka pa and that you care for them. Mas mainam na yung may communication with your love ones kahit paminsan-minsan instead of regretting one of these days that you never did….yun ay pag wala na sila sa mundo natin. Make time to call, to visit your love ones and friends, to email or facebook them…a simple hi or hello, kumusta ka, genki, or simply say sorry if you need to.

Don’t give up, don’t let depression win over your body and mind…fight depression and have faith.

ALAM NYO BA… malaking bagay ang naitutulong sa atin yung mga ibang inpormasyon na nababasa natin sa internet. It can be about life, about love or money, etc. I want to share with you all I read from the article of Fr. Jerry Orbos, it was actually his suggestions to make Holy Week holy:  RELAX. Many of us are overworked and overstressed. We need to rest our bodies and our minds so that we can “fine tune” with ourselves, with other people and with God. TAKE A BREAK. Take a walk. Commune with nature. Watch the sunset. Enjoy the moon. Close your cellular phone and your beeper and just allow yourself to be open to the Divine. LET GO. Let things be. God is in charge. Experience the resting power of sleep and rest. Smile at the sky, walk the earth, whistle a happy tune, a hum of favorite melody, and just thank God you are still alive. REFLECT. Find time to relax so you can reflect. Don’t end up just relaxing. Don’t end up tired and empty because you were too busy to relax and thus found no time to slow down and reflect. How long has it been now since you have been in this world? What have you done? You have work, but do you have a life? How is your family? Is there an area in your life that needs to be healed? Questions. Questions. Allow yourself to be questioned by life itself.  RESIGN. That’s right, resign. Resign…from places and people which and who do not bring out the best in you….from vices and sins that are slowly but surely eating you up…from falsehood and pretenses. RESIGN TO GOD’S WILL AND GOD’S PLAN FOR YOU AND YOU HAVE PEACE.
